01 — The problem
Teldash works with agencies that sell AI voice agents built on ElevenLabs, Retell or Vapi. The agents worked. Everything around them did not: call logs lived in each provider's console, usage had to be priced by hand, and clients had nowhere to log in.
Every agency wanted the same thing: a portal with its own brand, where each client sees its own calls, transcripts and invoices, and nothing that belongs to anyone else. In English and in Spanish.

02 — What we built
Agencies connect their own provider and Stripe accounts. Teldash imports their agents, meters usage, invoices their clients and gives every client a branded dashboard.
Every call with its transcript, outcome and duration. Searchable, filterable and exportable.

Who said what, a short summary and the outcome, on a page the client can share.

Answered rate, average duration and hand-offs to a person, per agent and per client.

Minutes metered from the providers, priced by plan and invoiced through each agency's own Stripe account.

Isolation is enforced in the database for every agency and client, not just hidden in the interface, and tested on every layer.
Each agency brings its own logo and colours. Every screen and email works in English and Spanish.
03 — How we built it
Scope and price were agreed in writing before any code. Teldash saw working software at the end of every phase.
Workshops on agencies, clients and how billing works today. A written scope with a fixed price.
Flows for agencies and their clients, reviewed in English and Spanish.
API, tenant isolation, provider imports, usage metering and the client portal.
Docs, runbooks and onboarding for the first agencies.
Monitoring, fixes and monthly improvements.
04 — Stack
A Go API and a SvelteKit front end on Postgres, with background jobs for imports, metering and email. Deployed on Render, monitored with Sentry.
05 — Results
We only publish numbers our clients approve. Until then, here is what changed in plain words.
Clients see their own calls, transcripts and invoices without asking the agency for a report.
Minutes come straight from the providers and turn into invoices, instead of a spreadsheet at month end.
Every screen and email ships in English and Spanish from the first release.
AI voice agents that pick up after hours and hand the call to a person when it matters.
